Subject: Anyone bought equipment from Ward Implement Co.?


Anyone bought equipment from Ward Implement Co.? I recently found this New Holland dealer and I’m interested in buying a tractor for my farm. I’d also like them to handle the shipping if possible. Has anyone purchased from them before? I spoke with Jeep and he seemed professional and easy to work with, but I’d appreciate some feedback from actual customers.

south central MN		I’m one of their customers and kept in touch with Tim Ward, Jeep’s father. He helped arrange everything and even offered me a discount on transportation, which worked out well. The equipment I purchased was a brand-new New Holland T5, so there wasn’t much to complain about. It’s still under warranty and running perfectly.

Tim and Jeep make a great team. They are a father-and-son team who have been selling equipment for many years and clearly know what they’re doing. I also purchased a New Holland skid steer from them, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish.

Faunsdale, AL		From what I understand, they stopped their official collaboration with New Holland in 2023, around the time Jeep separated from Ward Implement. Now everything is managed by Tim. He still has a wide range of equipment in inventory, but they’re no longer an official New Holland partner.

Vermont, IL		About a year ago, I bought a John Deere 6125R from Tim. He was very friendly and professional. He even offered free shipping, although I had to wait a bit longer for delivery. It wasn’t an issue for me, and overall the experience was positive.

Central ND		 After Tim arranged the sale and delivery of a John Deere excavator to my new job site, the machine had a few minor issues. I contacted him, and while he didn’t offer to cover all repair costs (which I wouldn’t have expected), his first reaction was very helpful and supportive. Based on how he handled the situation, I would still recommend Ward Implement.
